From its humble beginnings, Cenon’g Gala Pares started as a regular Pares Mami street vending cart in Binang 1st in Bocaue, Bulacan located at near Superbike Center Bocaue. The pares then was not sold in a regular food cart but in a ‘kolong’kolong’ which going around in highly-dense and populated areas of Brgy.Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan like the public market, school or factory
. Thus, the name “Cenon’g Gala” was coined referring to the pares owner and vendor, Cenon, because he goes around in his ‘kolong-kolong’ to sell pares to markers vendors, factory workers, among others. Owing not only to its rich and flavorful taste, Cenon’s Pares Mami became an instant hit because of its affordable price. Now, Cenon’g Gala Pares Mami has upgraded its branding and image by having its own logo and expanded its food carts with unique design to serve more its valued regular and new customers in Bocaue.
