There are times when I feel like giving up. Sometimes, I feel down, too, especially when I open the refrigerator and there’s no food left, when I have no money to spare, when the pantry is empty, and when misunderstandings arise within the family.
But when I take a step back and think about it, I realize that there are people who don’t even have a refrigerator to keep their food in. Many go to bed hungry, struggle to find a job, or have nothing to call their own. Some are also dealing with broken families and carrying burdens we may never know about.
Kaya kapag pakiramdam mo ay ang bigat-bigat na ng buhay, huminga ka muna. It’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to feel disappointed. It’s okay to acknowledge that life is hard sometimes.
But don’t let your struggles make you forget how far you’ve come and how many times God has carried you through difficult days.
Because sometimes, the greatest blessing isn’t having everything we want, but realizing that despite everything we lack, we still have reasons to be thankful. ❤️🙏

I don’t usually go to church. Whenever I need to talk to Him, I simply talk to Him—wherever I am, whenever I need Him.
For me, faith isn’t always about being inside a church. Sometimes, it’s a quiet conversation with God in the middle of an ordinary day, a whispered prayer when no one is listening, or simply knowing that He is there.
He doesn’t need a specific place to hear me. He just needs a sincere heart. 🤍
