KATACOOP recently participated in the Training on Breadfruit (Rimas) Production, Processing, and Marketing for Enterprise Development at the Provincial Agriculture Center, Provincial Demo Farm, Merit, Victoria. We learned to process the local rimas into value-added products like Rimas flour, Rimas Polvoron, Rimas Chips, Rimas Jam and Rimas Ice Cream. Thank you PGOM-PCDO/PAGO for your continuing support to cooperatives and associations.
