In 1969, Luis D. Daylag started a small hog raising business in Zambales where he was able to supply most of the market in his area. It became popular as one of the good quality meat that has ever produced in the municipality of Botolan Zambales. With his unique way of farming, the company become the most trusted hog/meat raiser/product in his area.
In August 2017, Mr. Daylag decided to bequeath the business to his grandson Mr. Lester D. Pilar. Mr. Pilar decided to maximize the whole potential of the business and he named it LDP: Floodgates Farms Philippines. He was able to innovate and improve the process of the farm with different concept and procedure. The company’s meat product has a good reputation from very beginning and Mr. Pilar continued the innovation of the product so that it may be sold at a very good price.
The farm’s advocacy is to promote a NON-GMO food product, healthy food and healthy FILIPINO towards a successful economy.
