🍌 Why do we call it our Moist Banana Muffcake?

Because it’s not your typical muffin! 😊

It’s somewhere between a muffin and a soft banana cake—very moist, soft, and rich in real banana goodness. 🍌💛

Not dry, not too bready, and not overly sweet. Just that soft, moist banana goodness you’ll want to enjoy again and again.

Quite a Cake. Quite a Muffin. 100% Moist Banana Goodness. ✨

🍪 SHELF LIFE TESTING — RESULT

Okay, so sa video ko 3rd day yung nasabi ko… pero mali pala ang bilang ko. 😂 4th day na pala!

I baked this Thursday at 4 AM and opened it Sunday at 8 AM, so around 4 days and 4 hours na siya.

Naka-plastic packaging lang siya and kept at room temperature.

So, ano na ang cookie after 4 days? 👀

Wala pa siyang amag. If you notice something na parang white crystals, sugar lang po yun. 😊

Asahan ninyo, I will always test my cookies! 👩🏻‍🍳🤎
Gusto ko siguraduhin na hindi lang masarap when freshly baked, kundi maayos pa rin ang texture, taste, and quality after a few days.

Para sa mga KaCosina, quality and freshness will always matter. 🥰🍪
