It was a property owned by my uncle and aunt, the William & Marciana Lasam, which been squatted by their own laborer who had lost his job after many years he worked for my aunt and uncle's logging concession business. When the man's wife got sick and died, the husband couldn't afford funeral of his wife, he ran to my father and asked for help. So then my father came to me and told me that someones

was in need of financial for a funeral and willing to sell his property. I was skeptical but i always have compassion to people in need of help. Of course, I talked to my husband to help this man. He was in need to sell the property to pay the funeral and coffin of his dead beloved wife. He just wanted to us buy in very cheap price. I felt so compassionate and guilty...I wanted to help him, but the land has no farming at all except the small portion of orchard. But, I saw vision on that property, I got interested in taking advantage of the vision about this property to do such some kind of farming. So, I bought the property to this man for only $2500.00 almost 10 archers. 2.5 hectares in the Philippines. I came up with mango farming with the help of my father "Elias A. and nephew Benjamin Lasam, and only brother Elias, Jr. their additional advised and ideas had help me. I always have dream and vision and with my own ideas and creation...I of course, listened to them first but I still follow my own heart what to do with the property. This farming started with compassion, I am doing for God. I'd like to help the in need. The people who also have passion. The people who try their best and work hard. I thank God through His Son Jesus...after 7 years, our mango starts to showing with blessings of hope and prosperity. May this farm be fruitful...and it would help to many unemployed neighborhood. We will have all kinds of species here. Fruits, vegetables and animals. Thanks for being part of my page in facebook. I need your feedback. "Tootsie Peak Farm and Orchard,

The Philippine Nuclear Research Institute confirmed that radioactive material was detected in parts of a steel manufacturing plant in Tagoloan that was recently raided by authorities. Investigators reported elevated radiation levels in several areas of the facility, including warehouses and production sections, prompting immediate containment measures to reduce potential exposure risks.

According to authorities, the detected radioactive isotopes reportedly included uranium-238, thorium-228, and thorium-232. The PNRI stated that the radioactive contamination had already been contained within the site, but concerns remain regarding worker safety and the possible distribution of contaminated steel materials.

Investigators also alleged that some Filipino workers inside the facility lacked adequate protective equipment despite the hazardous conditions, while some foreign workers reportedly had more complete protective gear. Government agencies including the National Bureau of Investigation and the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission are continuing their investigation into the facility’s operations and possible regulatory violations.

In Nuclear Safety, radioactive contamination in industrial facilities is considered a serious issue because prolonged exposure to ionizing radiation can increase health risks depending on the type, intensity, and duration of exposure. Experts emphasize that radioactive materials used or encountered in industrial processes must be strictly regulated, monitored, and properly contained to protect workers, nearby communities, and the environment.

Authorities have also begun profiling displaced workers and conducting health assessments while investigations continue regarding the plant’s operations, ownership links, and the distribution of potentially affected materials.
