The kitchen is my happy place. Since 2007, I traveled to different parts of Southeast Asia, especially in Thailand. I visited almost all provinces from North to South. Immersing myself to the culture and food of this beautiful country. Meeting and making friends with locals, eating at countless restos and most especially street food stalls. Tasting different dishes and learning from the best cooks in Thailand, the Lolo's and Lola's of Thailand, who spent years mastering their dishes, put their heart and soul into serving it with a smile to every customer. Thai cuisine is full of flavor, history, heart and soul, and that's the reason why I fell in love with it, to the point that I decided to live there to better understand the simplicity but complex flavor and technique of Thai cooking. That's the reason why I dreamed that someday, I could bring Authentic Thai Cuisine here in the Philippines, to share the flavourful, colorful and full of spice food of Siam. I make sure to only use the best, freshest and most authentic Thai ingredients in my products and give respect to the process and technique of preparing them. Come and try our products, expensive but not cheap, simple but complex in flavors. If you're a food lover and love to explore food, this is the place for you.
We also offer sit-in dining, but you have to call and book in advance, for us to guarantee the best dining experience, some menus are only available in sit-in dining.
