Aling Ester Meat Store was established in 1965 by the beloved couple Eduardo “Eddie” Calanoc and Juliana “Ester” Calanoc. With a great mindset of Eddie on business and Ester’s remarkable blend of pork items, AEMS was truly a success and delivered excellent services and the best meat products in Cabanatuan City for decades.
In the year 2000, Eddie died at the age of 55. AEMS took months of adjustment and became desolate without Eddie. Yet, with the help of their children Liz, B**g, Ega, and Eric, the store continued to grow, became popular to people and spread in different places of Luzon.
3 years ago, Aling Ester died and the aforementioned business was succeeded by his youngest son Eric. With his full dedication and passion in business, he mastered the perfect blend for every product they produced as being taught by his mother. Costumers quickly began to request special purchase of meat products and the operation has dramatically expanded. They proved to be so popular that even in the neighbor provinces of Nueva Ecija tend to make bulk orders.
Up to the present day, AEMS continues to operate in an outstanding marketing and make people aware of the quality and affordable prices of every product that create and sustain the interest of the shop.
