Let's cook Chicken adobo

Step 1

Chap a 2 whole onion
Chap 1 whole garlic
Chap 1/2 ginger

Step 2

Saute (gisa) the garlic & onions
Add the chicken
Add the potato
Let it until 1 to 2 minutes
Add the ginger, sauces, & half cup of vinegar
Let it until 3 to 4 minutes to simmer

Step 3

Add the boiled egg
Add oyster sauce
Let until 1 minutes
