Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve orders promptly and professionally
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns courteously
• Ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience
2. Order Processing & Cash Handling
• Process cash and cashless payments
• Ensure proper billing and issuance of receipts
3. Food Preparation & Quality Control
• Assist in basic food preparation and plating
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order release
4. Cleanliness & Maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Set up and clear tables before and after service
• Follow proper waste disposal and sanitation procedures
5. Teamwork & Operational Support
• Support teammates during peak hours
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Assist in inventory and restocking
• Comply with company policies and safety standards
