We all know SECOND or THIRD HAND SMOKING is too DANGEROUS for babies and kids. Kung may nakikiusap sa inyo na umiwas o lumayo kayo dahil may batang nakakalanghap ng usok ng sigarilyo SANA NAMAN AY MAKINIG NAMAN PO KAYO‼️KUNG HINDI NYO KAYANG TIGILAN ANG BISYO NYO MAGING RESPONSABLE KAYO O LUNUKIN NYO YUNG USOK NG SIGARILYO! Maawa kayo sa batang nakakalanghap 🥲

Kaya there are many babies and kids getting PNEUMONIA nowadays, and the primary reason is CIGARETTE SMOKING 🤬
PLEASE CONSIDER THE HEALTH RISKS YOU POSE TO BABIES AND KIDS! 😔

🚫Not inside the house or terrace.
🚫Not near windows.
🚫Not even outside if the smoke can still cling to clothes and skin.

So, to all SMOKERS, PLEASE think about the safety of the children especially BABIES as they are more vulnerable to the effects of smoking than you are‼️

Finally got My SSS Card naaa! ❤️

Gusto ko lang i-share sainyo 'to lalo na sa mga gustong kumuha at mag-avail.

Nandito ang step by step paano kumuha ng My SSS Card. Pakibasa nang mabuti at sundin.

Kung ano ang picture mo sa iyong National ID ay ganun din ang magiging mukha mo dito sa My SSS Card. Pwede ninyong macheck sa DiskarTech Apps ang process ng iyong My SSS Card.

Kapag iki-claim nyo naman ang My SSS Card sa RCBC Branch na pinili nyo ang kailangan nyong ipakita ay National ID lamang. If wala kang dalang National ID pwede yung sa eGovPH dahil i-scan ng teller yung QR Code sa likod ng National ID mo. Ikaw ang pipili ng branch ng RCBC kung saan mo kukunin ang iyong My SSS card.

NOTE: ₱200 ang babayaran niyo para sa card. At sa DiskarTech Apps ka mismo mag babayad. Meron kang 180 days para makuha ang iyong My SSS Card at 30 days naman after maclaim ang card para ma-activate ito.
