Celebrating my 3rd year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

No one sees the 6am prep.
No one sees the kneading, the rolling, the waiting.
They only see the finished table. And that's okay. 🍞⚓
This is the life of a ship's cook — grinding in silence, serving with pride.
Thousands of miles from home, I still show up.
Because this is not just cooking. This is my purpose. 🙏
To every OFW grinding in silence — your work matters. Keep going. 💪

Every plate tells a story of dedication.

Turkish Eggplant Moussaka — slow-cooked, layered with flavor, made with purpose. Paired with fried fish, fresh salad, watermelon, and a homemade carrot-apple smoothie.
Miles away from home, but the passion never leaves the galley. This is what it means to give your best even when no one is watching. 🙏
We may be at sea, but we eat — and we live — with excellence.
Keep going, kababayan. Your sacrifice matters. 💪
