Change of plans for Halloween,
thanks to a great suggestion from the Admin team, this year’s Halloween Costume Contest is Harry Potter! 🧙‍♂️

By popular request, we are excited to host a special dinner on October 30 at 8:00PM featuring pizza, spicy chicken wings and beef stroganoff, followed by a photo shoot to capture everyone's best looks! 🍕📸

Building on what we learned during last Friday’s Appreciation Week, our remote teams can drop in without any advance notice,
we are fully prepared and plenty of food to welcome everyone back for another packed house! ⚡

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits⁣
• Confirm coverage, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket requirements⁣
• Identify coverage limitations, exclusions, and potential issues⁣
• Contact insurance payers through phone and online portals⁣
• Determine prior authorization requirements⁣
• Submit authorization requests and supporting clinical documentation⁣
• Monitor authorization status, approvals, denials, and additional requirements⁣
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely processing⁣
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance records⁣
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams⁣
• Handle patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies⁣

At least 1 year of experience in insurance verification, benefits verification, or prior authorization⁣
• 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱⁣
