Homemade recipes passed on from generations to generations. The original Spanish Style Sardines recipe was passed on by the Lim matriarch. The Bangus Spanish Style version was introduced later when daughter Pilar Marie‘s college group used it for feasibility study. It was always a hit each time Mamsuy prepares it for family gatherings. Friends and family would request it during gatherings that we

eventually decided to start a business early in 2006. This helped us ride the rough economic times. Mamsuy (Susan) doing the cooking and quality-control. Daughters Rosanna and her younger sister Jeri Mae doing the selling & marketing. New products and recipes, including product packaging and modern marketing strategies were applied years after and it made great strides in sales.
