TIMYA’s Lechon Manok Station
TIMYA’S LECHON MANOK STATION is a Filipino-owned sole proprietorship stall business that specializes on lechon manok grilling food. TIMYAS began in October 2020 during the strike of COVID-19 pandemic. It was founded by Aiza F. Domingo and Jerson L. Lipit who owned the 100 percent shares and control of the business in Cagayan de Oro City. Aiza and Jerson originally named their business as GORDS and later on became known as TIMYAS which means “Purity and Genuineness or Gift of God.” The new grilling station name was created through the help of their relatives and friends who motivated and encouraged them to pursue and continue their business journey.
The company’s rapid growth and expansion in the city triggered a chain of invitations from various investors who have the willingness to acquire partnership and sharing agreement with TIMYA’s Lechon Manok Station. With this, the couple planned to reorganize their business from a sole proprietorship into a corporation.
Fortunately, TIMYAS is the most talked-about of the town as it expands from a one simple stall installed in Cagayan de Oro City and now grew up to 7 stalls at the present time. The couple aim to further develop more branches up to 10 stalls before December 2020 ends. It started in Brgy. Bayabas which was based from Brgy. Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City with the help of a friend named Boby G. Langga, who handles the legal matters and company structure. TIMYAS was registered in the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) this year 2020, it was also initially funded by partner operator investors. With these initial investors, friends and family, the couple were able to raise a substantial amount which allows the company to put up more outlets and still have plans and intentions to incorporate the company in later year or so. It is considered as the most valuable brand as it stays its vision to become number one (1) Lechon Manok Grilling Station in the Philippines.
Just recently in December 2020, the company moved its base from Brgy. Macabalan to Brgy. Calaanan Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City and will begin the newly installed commissary station, which home to several people and will surely become the prominent known competition brand.
Furthermore, TIMYA’s Lechon Manok Station generated its million sales revenue, which ended up strong in the first year of operations. After outgrowing to putting up more locations, the company began selling its 100% franchise partnership to interested individual.
Before the year ends, the management would like to thank and honor all the people behind the success of TIMYA’s Lechon Manok Station! More power and congratulations to all of us.
