Ernesto Restobar & Grill was established in 2018, inspired by the legacy of Ernesto Sr., the original owner of the property, and his son, Ernesto Jr. The business was founded after Ernesto Jr.'s retirement, driven by the vision of his son, Paolo Gorby Nave, with support from their mother, Juvy May, in operations and accounting, as well as his two sisters, Jonna Kristine Nave and Jennie Kaye Nave,

who contributed as social media consultants. In 2024, Ernesto Jr. and Juvy May decided to transition into retirement and entrusted the business to their youngest daughter, Janna Nave, and her fiancé, Daniel Fabe, who plan to manage the Restobar & Grill. Under the new management, the resto-bar aims to evolve into an established resort while continuing to be a beloved dining destination. With its family-driven values and unwavering commitment to quality, Ernesto Restobar & Grill has become a vibrant community hub, celebrating its rich heritage while striving for a promising future.
