Meet the Prime Meat & Deli Family – Day 7 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

To conclude our “Meet the Prime Meat & Deli Family” series, we’d like to introduce the owners and managers of Prime Meat & Deli — Doc Angie and Doc Nancy. ❤️❤️

Both licensed veterinarians and classmates from the University of the Philippines, they decided to establish Prime Meat & Deli in Cagayan de Oro City in 1994. Their vision was simple yet meaningful: to provide quality meats and specialty products that were difficult to find in CDO while operating a business guided by ethics and integrity, with customer satisfaction, food safety, and employee welfare always in mind.

More than three decades later, one of their greatest joys is seeing third-generation customers continue to trust Prime Meat & Deli as their family’s source of quality meats. Another blessing close to their hearts is seeing many of their employees grow through the years—not just as valued team members, but as trusted partners, successful business owners, and extended family. Watching them prosper and create opportunities for their own families is among the most rewarding achievements of their journey.

Through every challenge and milestone, Doc Angie and Doc Nancy remain grateful for God’s guidance and blessings, which have sustained Prime Meat & Deli for over three decades of service to the community.

Doc Angie hails from Manila, while Doc Nancy was born and raised in Davao City. Their friendship, partnership, and success in Cagayan de Oro City are a testament to why CDO is truly known as the City of Golden Friendship. ❤️

Meet Juh, the newest addition to our Prime Meat & Deli family! ❤️

Juh helps us in virtually everything — assisting customers, preparing meat orders, packing deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store and work area. She is truly our all-around assistant and always ready to help wherever needed.

Meet the Prime Meat & Deli Family – Day 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Today, we proudly introduce another valued member of the Prime Meat & Deli Family — Miriam 🥰

Miriam has been with Prime Meat for more than 3 years, specializing in the preparation of our cooked and processed food products with dedication and care.

Some of the delicious cooked food she helps prepare include:

She also prepares many of our customer favorites such as:

❤️ “Some of the products I love from Prime Meat are Beef Tapa and Daing. Our Beef Tapa has this tangy, salty, and sweet taste that melts in your mouth. Fish Daing, on the other hand, has this crispy texture outside but soft on the inside.”

What she enjoys most about her work:

💬 “Things that I enjoy about our work is being able to learn new things and how the meat industry works. Aside from that, I enjoy making stuffings for our products such as Embotido. I also enjoy the company of my workmates.”

Meet Regine, our hardworking Cashier and Sales Lady! She first became part of the Prime Meat family from 2012 to 2014, then went abroad to gain more experience. In 2020, she returned home and rejoined Prime Meat — proving that there is truly no place like home. ❤️🏡

“My favorite Prime Meat products are pork belly, Spanish pork chop, and pork soup bones because the quality of our pork products is really good. We only use live pigs around 80kgs–90kgs for our carcass to make sure that the pork meat parts stay tender and flavorful.”

“I enjoy serving our customers well and making them satisfied with the products they need.”

For more than 14 years now, Paul has been serving as our expert butcher and delivery personnel with dedication, skill, and reliability. From preparing quality meat cuts to ensuring orders are delivered properly, Paul has become an important part of the Prime Meat family through the years.

When asked about his favorite Prime Meat products, Paul shared:

For 16 years, Oping has been serving our customers as a cashier and sales personnel with dedication, positivity, and genuine care. Through the years, she has become a familiar and friendly face to many of our loyal customers.
