Cacao mallows

Ingredients
* 2 tbsp Fud A' Holic cacao powder
* 1–2 tbsp gelatin
* 200ml hot water
* Extra cacao powder (for coating)
* Sweetener (optional)

👩‍🍳 Steps
1. Add cacao powder into a blender.
2. Pour in hot water and gelatin.
3. Blend on high until frothy and airy.
4. Pour into a lined dish.
5. Chill for 2–3 hours until firm.
6. Cut into cubes.
7. Coat with cacao powder and serve.

💡 Tips
* Blend well to get maximum air for fluffiness
* Add stevia or monk fruit if you prefer it sweeter

🍫 Simple Homemade Chocolate (with cacao, honey & coconut oil)

Ingredients
½ cup Fud A Holic pure cacao powder (unsweetened)
¼ cup coconut oil (melted, not hot)
2–3 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Method
Gently melt the coconut oil (just liquid, not boiling).
Stir in the cacao powder until smooth (no lumps).
Add honey, vanilla, and salt.
Mix well until glossy and fully combined.
Pour into a lined container, silicone molds, or even ice cube trays.
Refrigerate for about 1–2 hours until firm.

💡 Tips (these make a big difference)
Taste before setting → you can adjust sweetness or salt easily at this stage.
If it’s too bitter → add a little more honey.
If it’s too soft at room temp → use slightly more cacao.
Keep stored in the fridge — coconut oil melts easily.
