Still feeling grateful for the successful Pet Bakes Workshop held last May 2 at Upskillz. 🤍
It was my first time teaching there, and honestly, I was nervous but excited at the same time. Seeing the students enjoy and learn made everything worth it.

What made it extra special is that all the products we created were made with pet-friendly ingredients, including natural and organic colors. 🐾✨

I’m simply grateful to see my passion slowly turning into reality, one step at a time.

Behind every “perfect” macaron you see, there are dozens of batches that didn’t make it.

I taught myself French macarons in my little test kitchen, late nights reading, watching, researching, and trying again. I wasted ingredients, cracked shells, hollow centers… and yes, a lot of sleepless nights.

I’m not naturally gifted. I just kept going. Batch after batch, mistake after mistake, until one day it finally clicked and then practice made it consistent.

Now I share what I’ve learned, not to show off, but so you don’t have to go through the same stress, waste, and frustration I did.

Struggling with macarons? You’re not failing. You’re just learning. And that’s okay.
