Our MINI FRENCH PASTRY WORKSHOP held yesterday September 12, 2026 was truly a success! ❤️

Thank you to my 16 amazing and energetic students for making this workshop extra special. This was honestly one of the most active and engaged groups I have ever taught! From our presentation and discussion to the hands-on session, everyone participated and gave their best until the very end. 🥹👏🏻

I am especially proud because some of them were baking for the first time, yet they created such beautiful results! ❤️

Sometimes, I don’t sift or food-process my almond flour… and you can actually see those little almond bits in the shells. 🤭

And honestly? That’s okay. 🩷

Not every macaron shell has to look perfectly smooth to be delicious. What matters most is the texture, the flavor, and that beautiful little crisp shell with a chewy center. ✨

This soft pink strawberry macaron is definitely one of my favorites. 🍓🎀
