DIABETES TESTIMONY by EDISON VICTORINO

Exactly 2 years ago, I celebrated the reversal of my Type 2 Diabetes.

Today, after another HbA1c test, I’m grateful to say…

I’m still in remission. 🙏

Latest HbA1c: 5.3%

Sa nakaraang ilang buwan, aminado ako:

Hindi na ako strict sa diet. 😝

Mas madalas na ulit akong kumain ng carbohydrates kaya tumaas din ang timbang ko.

Pero sa kabila nito, nanatiling normal ang HbA1c ko.

Para sa akin, malaking bagay ang kombinasyon ng:

Consistent self-discipline like fasting pero less 10k steps lately 😅 (hindi perfection)

Better lifestyle choices (nux!)

At ang araw-araw kong supplementation mula sa GFOXX tulad ng Elixir Placenta, Spirulina, Ganoderma, Eden at iba pang products na naging bahagi na ng daily routine ko.
