Sago at Gulaman Recipe
Ingredients:
25 grams unflavoured green jelly powder
4 cups water
1 cups cooked sago
½ small jar of sweetened coconut strings
1 small jar of kaong
½ cup condensed milk, adjust taste
2 cans evaporated milk
Procedure:
In a pot add jelly powder and water. Mix to dissolve. Bring to a quick boil. Transfer to a container, cool down to set.
Slice into small cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and serve.
