Are you a strong leader with excellent accounting and organizational skills? Join our team and oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate financial management and reporting!
๐ผ Key Responsibilities:
โข Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations and staff
โข Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow
โข Review and verify financial records, reports, and transactions
โข Ensure timely preparation of billing, collections, and bank reconciliations
โข Maintain accurate and organized accounting documents and files
โข Coordinate with management regarding financial reports and concerns
โข Assist in compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements
โข Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
โ
Qualifications:
โข Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
โข Experience in accounting supervision or leadership role is an advantage
โข Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and BIR compliance
โข Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
โข Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
โข Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure
โข Willing to be assigned in Calapan, Oriental Mindoro
