A meaningful week of faith, fellowship, and celebration with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calapan.

From August 4–6, Wiggins Catering was honored to serve during SOLTARE 2026, held at Bulwagang Panlalawigan, Saint Augustine Seminary, and Holy Infant Academy.

The celebration continued on August 7 with the Canonical Er****on of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calapan, presided over by Most Rev. Charles John Brown, D.D., Papal Nuncio to the Philippines. We were especially honored to serve the Archbishops and Bishops who came together for this very special occasion.

The week was capped with a Thanksgiving Dinner at the Bishop’s Residence in Salong, Calapan City, bringing everyone together for an evening of gratitude and fellowship.

A heartfelt thank you to all the meal sponsors who chose and trusted Wiggins Catering to provide for these gatherings. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve and be part of such an important occasion for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calapan.

Earlier this week, Wiggins Catering returned to the Calapan City District Jail for our annual feeding program with BJMP Calapan, sharing packed meals and drinks with our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).

In lieu of a typical birthday celebration, our family chose to give back by bringing hope, dignity, and a hearty meal to their day.

Thank you to the CCDJ management and BJMP personnel for the continued trust, partnership, and recognition.
