In 2020, I started baking because of the pandemic. Our company wasn’t allowing us to work, and we weren’t receiving any salary. At that time, my baking journey was purely profit-driven because I needed money to survive—even though baking has always been my passion. So when things went back to normal and we started working regularly again, I decided to stop selling pastries because baking had become physically and mentally exhausting.

But now, I’m starting to bake again—not for profit, but to share the joy I feel every time I taste something I made. And this kind of feedback fulfills me, gives me a sense of purpose, and drives me to continue my baking journey.

I usually don’t share feedback, but this kind of feedback is rare and worth sharing.
