This is how we prepare our signature chicken oil — made from 100% pure chicken fat, not ordinary cooking oil with annatto (atsuete).

We slowly render premium chicken fat for over 3 hours, allowing every drop to melt and release its rich flavor and aroma. The result is a golden liquid treasure that we carefully brush onto our chicken and serve with our rice.

This traditional process creates the authentic taste that makes our chicken truly special — rich, flavorful, and unforgettable in every bite.
