i'm selling my homemade authentic kimchi!
this is flavored with red onion, garlic, ginger, pear, fish sauce, sugar, carrots, radish, green onions, and of course gochugaru (korean red pepper flakes)
this is then fermented for 12 hours to develop the flavor and add a little bit of sourness to the kimchi.
the flavor is a balance between salty, sour, spicy and sweet. though if you want a more sour kimchi, you can ferment this for longer at room temp. (8-12 hours)
this is perfect for your samgyupsal at home, to add to your ramyun, or just eat it on its own or on top of freshly cooked rice with a crispy fried egg on the side :D
