๐น Qualifications:
โ
Graduate of any 4-year course
โ
With BOSH Certificate
โ
With at least 2 years experience preferably in a manufacturing set-up
โ
Amenable to work in Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City
โ
Flexible, dynamic, and enthusiastic
๐นResponsibilities
โ
Understand the OSHS and stay updated on all relevant regulations in the country of operations
โ
Develop OSHS procedures for the company and create company safety plan aligned to the overall management plan
โ
Conduct daily inspections of the facilities, workplace, tasks and documents to monitor adherence to OSHS guidelines
โ
Coordinate with different departments for implementation and monitoring of safety guidelines
โ
Create Inspection Report to record findings
โ
Proactively identify and assess occupational health and safety risks associated with the company
โ
Conduct safety awareness programs and induction session for new workers
โ
Create Training Plan and conduct training session for all employees and other Safety related training/program
โ
Establish good working relationships and credibility with employer; understand their needs at different phases of the operations and update OSHS procedures on the company accordingly
โ
Respond to queries received from the Labor Department or Auditors
