To my valued customer,
As of November 22 2018, Manila Water Total Solutions, a member of the Ayala Group of Companies, has declined to Adjust or move the price adjustment of the 5 gallon bottles of Healthy Family. I was informed of the Price increase on November 13, 2018, and with other Distributors filed a complaint in regards to the Price increase. We were advised of a meeting with the Management of Healthy Family on November 22 2018 at 10 am. We listened to their explanation and even with that information, we still argued that the Price increase of 75 pesos was too high and unacceptable to our customers. However we argued with Manila Water total Solutions Corporation has declined any attempts to move or adjust the Price increase of the Healthy Family 5 gallon bottles.
If you are still willing to purchase Healthy family 5 gallons bottles the price will increase to 75 pesos per bottle on December 1 2018. If you choose to no longer patronize the 5 gallon Healthy Family, we would like to inform you that the bottles loaned to you for the sole purpose of delivering the purified water should be returned upon consumption of all remaining bottles in your possession. Failure to return the bottles would incur charges up to 150 pesos per bottle as instructed by Manila Water Total Solutions. As per agreement when you decided to avail of Healthy Family the bottles are loaned to you and the bottle itself is still the property of Manila Water Total Solutions.
Thank you for those who will continue to stay with me with Healthy Family. For those who will No longer avail Healthy Family Thank you as well for the time and loyalty you have showed me. Again Thank you to all.
