Novus Farmstead — Official Announcement

After deep reflection and careful consideration, we would like to share that Novus Farmstead will be closing its farm operations by December 2025.

This decision comes after facing several significant challenges that we can no longer ignore:
1. The early termination of our land lease, originally planned to run until 2028 but now ending in December 2025

2. An unexpected accident that affected our ability to manage daily farm operations

3. Financial constraints that limit our capacity to sustain production

4. Ongoing market challenges that have impacted our overall operations

This was not an easy decision. Novus Farmstead was built with passion, dedication, and a sincere desire to grow healthy food for our community. Every step of this journey was driven by purpose and care. However, at this moment, stepping back is the most responsible choice for the team and for our future direction.

What this means moving forward
For now, Novus Farmstead will be entering a quiet pause.
- We will not be actively posting content at this time
- Our website may be temporarily closed or placed on hold

This pause is necessary to allow space for recovery, reflection, and realignment.

This is not the end

While our farm operations are coming to a close, Novus Farmstead as a vision and a brand is not permanently ending. This chapter may be closing, but the story itself remains unfinished.

We believe that pauses are sometimes needed before meaningful rebuilding can begin.

A message of gratitude

Thank you to everyone who believed in Novus Farmstead, supported our work, learned with us, and became part of our journey. Your trust and encouragement have meant more than words can express.

This is not a goodbye.
It is a pause — one filled with gratitude, healing, and hope for what may come next.
