Location: Maguyam Rd, Carmona, Cavite,
Job Type: Full-Time

JAMLA Corporation is a food manufacturing company built on quality, tradition, and a commitment to serve. We are looking for a R&D Chef who can contribute to our goals of product expansion and development.

SPECIFIC TASKS:
• Creating and testing food products
• Researching, testing, and implementing different food development processes
• Adapting kitchen processes to factory scale production
• Monitoring and improving current production processes

KEY QUALITIES we are looking for:
• Critical Thinking – The candidate must be open to understanding each production process and must use this knowledge to further refine the R&D projects.
• Eagerness to explore and experiment – Chef must explore solutions readily available in the production floor and new processes beyond the factory’s capacity and skillset.
• Team Player – The chef must be able to develop new processes with the factory as a whole in mind. Constant collaboration is expected so as new developments are better adopted.

Prior work experience in Food Tech is a plus!
Experience with chocolate making is a plus plus plus!
