A HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE OUR RUN FOR A CAUSE A SUCCESS! π
Last Sunday, we came together for something bigger than running. We came together for Mia. And as we look back on this meaningful day, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for everyone who became part of this cause.
First and foremost, to God β thank You for the beautiful weather, for hearing our prayers, and for keeping everyone safe throughout the event. Everything we accomplished that day was made possible by Your grace.
To Mia, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for giving us the opportunity to help in our own little way with your ongoing treatment. We hope this event reminds you that you are not alone in this fight.
To Alviedurunners, Ate Bugs, Ate Cle, Sorayding, Sheika, and Ate Aira, thank you for generously sharing your ideas, time, and effort to help us organize this event. Your support made a huge difference in bringing this cause to life. Daghang salamat, mga Ate!
To our safety team β the Traffic Enforcers, MDRRMO, RHU, and the Barangay Tanods of Macaas, Flores, and San Jose, thank you for helping us ensure the safety and well-being of all our runners. Your presence and assistance gave us peace of mind throughout the event.

You could have spent your Sunday morning doing anything else, but you chose to show up, run, and be part of something meaningful. A heartfelt thank you as well to the Catmon Musicians for generously sharing your time and talent during Music for Mia. Itβs beautiful to see how music can become a way of giving, bringing people together, and extending help to someone who needs it. Thank you for using your gift to make a difference and for being part of this meaningful cause.
And finally, to my Happy We team, thank you for giving your time, energy, and effort to prepare the food, set up the venue, and make sure everything was ready. I know how much work went into making this happen, and I am so proud of what we accomplished together.
After nine years of running this business, moments like this remind me that what we do goes beyond serving food and running a business. It is also about building relationships, extending help, and being there for the people who have become part of our lives.
