MAWCO Muscovado Muscovado or "pardo" is a type of unrefined brown sugar from sugarcane juice with a strong molasses flavor.

Magallanes is an agriculture-based municipality known for its sugar cane farming and indigenous muscovado. The MAWCO store in Magallanes (Poblacion IV) sells products from the crops of local farmers.
