Why your cake might be dense (And How to Fix It!) 👀
Ever spend hours baking a cake... only for it to come out dry, dense, or just blah?

You're not alone—and I’ve been there too! The sneaky culprit? 👉 Overmixing your batter.

Once you add flour, mix just until combined—no more! Overmixing activates gluten, and gluten = chewy (not what we want in a cake!).

Baking tip: For soft, fluffy cakes, fold gently and stop mixing when you still see a few flour streaks. Trust the process. 🙌
