The Dominant Brown D 102 is a high-productivity, brown-egg-laying hybrid chicken produced by Dominant CZ, designed for both intensive farming and backyard/alternative systems. Known for its light red/brown plumage with white tail feathers, it lays over 310 eggs per year, is highly adaptable to harsh conditions, and features autosexing capabilities at hatch.Key Characteristics of the Dominant 102 Chicken:Breeding: The D102 is a cross between a Rhode Island Red (paternal) and a Rhode Island White (maternal).Production: These chickens are known for high productivity, capable of laying more than 310–315 brown eggs, often validated in cage-free and alternative systems.Adaptability: Popular for free-range, small-scale farming, and self-sufficient farming due to their robustness, they are heavily used in Africa, Asia, and Europe.Appearance: Light reddish-brown feathers with white flight and tail feathers.Color Sexing: The breed allows for easy sexing at hatch.
