We would like to inform everyone that we received reports from some of our customers regarding a possible scam involving a Maxim rider.

Please be advised that Anna’s Fresh Lumpia does NOT ask customers to send payment directly to a rider’s personal GCash account for the delivery fee (DF) and order amount, unless this has been clearly confirmed by our official page or staff.

⚠️ Please DO NOT send any GCash payment to a rider if you are unsure or if the payment instructions do not match what was provided by Anna’s Fresh Lumpia.

Before making any payment, please:
✅ Confirm your order with our official page.
✅ Verify the total amount and delivery fee.
✅ Ask us first if a rider requests a separate GCash payment.
✅ Keep your payment receipt or screenshot for reference.

We are posting this as a precaution to protect our valued customers from possible fraudulent transactions.

If you experience anything suspicious regarding your order or delivery, please contact Anna’s Fresh Lumpia immediately before sending any payment.
