Honored to receive this recognition as National Chief Director of the CSI-IG Special Task Force.

This award is more than a recognition—it is a reminder of the responsibility to continue serving with integrity, dedication, leadership, and compassion.

I am deeply grateful for the trust and appreciation given to me and to our team. Together with the Philippine National Police and our fellow advocates, we remain committed to strengthening community service, promoting public safety, and contributing to peace and nation-building.

Isa sa pinakamahalagang natutunan ko mula sa pinagdaanan ko ay ang disiplina, lalo na sa pagkain at pag-aalaga sa sarili.

Dati, minsan kinakain natin ang gusto natin nang hindi masyadong iniisip kung ano ang magiging epekto nito sa katawan. Pero nang dumaan ako sa isang pagsubok, mas naunawaan ko kung gaano kahalaga ang tamang pagkain, tamang disiplina, at tamang pag-aalaga sa ating kalusugan.

Natutunan kong mas piliin ang healthy at masustansyang pagkain, at higit sa lahat, natutunan kong umiwas sa mga pagkaing alam kong hindi makabubuti sa akin. Hindi man madali ang magbago ng nakasanayan, pero kapag kalusugan na ang pinag-uusapan, kailangan nating matutong magsakripisyo at magkaroon ng disiplina.

Natutunan ko rin na hindi natin dapat hintayin na magkaroon tayo ng problema sa kalusugan bago natin simulan ang pag-aalaga sa ating sarili. Habang may pagkakataon, alagaan natin ang ating katawan, dahil ito ang tahanan ng buhay na ipinagkaloob sa atin ng Allah SWT.

Ang pinagdaanan ko ay hindi ko tinitingnan bilang isang pagsubok lamang, kundi isang mahalagang aral at paalala na baguhin ang mga bagay na kaya kong baguhin.

Mas naging maingat ako. Mas naging disiplinado. Mas natutunan kong pahalagahan ang bawat pagkain, bawat pahinga, bawat araw, at higit sa lahat, ang buhay.

Minsan kailangan nating pagdaanan ang isang mahirap na karanasan upang matutunan nating mas pahalagahan ang mga bagay na dati nating binabalewala.

Alhamdulillah sa bawat pagsubok, sa bawat aral, at sa panibagong pagkakataong ipinagkaloob ng Allah SWT.

Kalusugan ay biyaya. Alagaan natin ito habang may pagkakataon.
