Su-Shi-Dan

Su-Shi-Dan SU-SHI-DAN is an innovation of the typical Japanese sushi. It contains Filipino viands instead of raw fish and vegetables.

The name “Su-Shi-Dan” is derived from the word Sushi and “Sud-an” which is a Cebuano term for viand. This concept was visualized since the product contains a sushi seaweed wrap and “sud-an”. In conclusion, SU-SHI-DAN means “Sushi nga naay Sud-an”.
