Congratulations to Cafe Laguna on its 34th anniversary! 👏

In 1979, a family from Laguna moved to Cebu and opened a small carinderia. Twelve years later, in 1991, that humble eatery transformed into a 10-table air-conditioned restaurant called Café Laguna.

Founded by Julita Urbina, Café Laguna is known for serving heirloom Filipino favorites like pancit palabok, p**o bumbong, and fresh lumpia.

By 1994, the family took a bold step by opening their first branch inside a shopping mall, a move that many thought was risky at the time.

Fast forward to 2025, and Café Laguna has grown into a respected home-grown brand with multiple branches across the country. It has earned recognition both locally and abroad, becoming a true culinary landmark in Cebu.

Today, September 28, 2025, Café Laguna proudly celebrates 34 years of bringing Filipino cuisine and family traditions to the table.
