How to thaw:

🥩 Remove your marinated Baka Na Pud Beef Shortplate from the freezer.

✅ Overnight: Transfer it to the refrigerator before going to bed. It’ll be ready to cook the next morning.

✅ Daytime: Remove the meat from its pouch and place it on a plate or cookie tray. Let it thaw naturally at room temperature. A wider surface allows better airflow for more even thawing.
