My lovely customers will always be my priority. I truly value every feedback I receive about my desserts because it helps me grow and improve. At first, I believed my chiffon cake was already perfect, fluffy, moist, and delicious. Some of my customers loved it and even said it was really good, while others enjoyed the taste but felt the texture wasn’t consistently moist.
Instead of ignoring that, I went back to the drawing board. Honestly, I don’t want to rely on chiffon for my signature cakes, so I started researching and developing something better.
After many trials, I’m so proud to finally share this achievement:
A Super Moist Vanilla Cake (not chiffon), soft and melt-in-your-mouth, paired with my signature Filipino Custard/Yema filling and topped with crunchy sliced almonds.
This might just become your new favorite go-to vanilla cake.
And believe me, when I upload a new dessert here on my FB page, it means one thing: it’s truly heaven in every bite. 🫶🏻
