Quick ideas for this Christmas:
- Tuna Panga Adobo (20–30 minutes): sear the pieces, then simmer in a soy-vinegar-gar sauce with bay leaf.
- Kinilaw na Tuna Panga (15–30 minutes): marinate small cubes in calamansi or vinegar with onions, ginger, and a bit of chili.
- Paksiw na Tuna Panga (30–40 minutes): simmer with garlic, ginger, vinegar, and water until tender.
