🐾💔 A Heavy Message from K-Egg USM Avenue 💔🐾
To everyone who walks these halls, eats at our shop, and has become part of our little community today, we mourn.
The stray cat who had quietly become a piece of our daily life has passed away because of parvo. She wasn’t just “a stray” to us. She was a gentle presence, a tiny heartbeat we’d see every morning curled up near the shop, waiting patiently, trusting us in her own silent way.
When we noticed she was getting weaker, we didn’t think twice.
We carried her, comforted her, and brought her for treatment. We stayed hopeful.
We watched her fight.
We tried everything we could to give her another chance — medicine, warmth, gentle care.
But her little body couldn’t keep up anymore.
Losing her has left a quiet emptiness in front of our shop… a space where she used to rest, now painfully still. It’s heartbreaking how such a small life can leave such a big ache.
To everyone who stopped to pet her, fed her scraps, talked to her, or simply smiled at her presence — thank you. She lived her short life feeling safe because of people like you.
She may not have had a permanent home, but she found love here.
Fly high, little angel.
We’ll miss your tiny paws, your soft meows, and the silent comfort you brought to our days.
