Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Filipino rice dishes, particularly pastil. The position requires attention to detail in preparing ingredients, cooking, ensuring a high standard of food quality and hygiene. This role offers the opportunity to grow in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook rice, meat fillings (chicken, tuna, and atay), and other ingredients for pastil
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following food safety standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Experiment with variations of pastil to enhance menu offerings

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of cooking experience, preferably in Filipino cuisine
- Familiarity with preparing and cooking rice-based dishes
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
