With hearts full of gratitude and pride, the OAP TESDA Scholars of Baluzo Integrated Farm Institute, Inc. gathered for a meaningful Closing Ceremony last September 10, 2026 — a celebration of dreams pursued, challenges overcome, and goals achieved.
We were deeply honored by the presence of our Guest of Honor, Honorable Rep. Josie Baning Tallado - Camarines Norte represented by Mr. Ruben Mercado, 1st Legislative Consultant, together with our esteemed speakers:
Mr. Jaime Raña, Jr. – TESDA Provincial Office
Mr. Arman Cielo Igos – DA Regional Office
Mr.Norlito Abriol – NGO
Their messages reminded our graduates that education, skills, and determination can open doors to better opportunities and a brighter tomorrow.
A heartfelt thank you to Department of Agriculture-Bicol - HVCDP Bicol for the garden tools generously distributed to all our completers, and to National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program - Bicol for providing the seeds. Your support will help our graduates turn their newly acquired skills into meaningful opportunities and sustainable livelihoods. 🌱🧑🌾
Our sincere appreciation to Mr. Eduardo Baluzo, School Administrator, trainer Mr. Macoy Baluzo, the dedicated staff, and the families who continuously supported and believed in our completers.
To our graduates, always remember:
Keep the faith.
Keep moving forward.
Keep climbing.
There will be days when the journey feels difficult and the summit seems too far. But never forget how far you have already come. The climb is not only about reaching the top—it is about becoming stronger with every step. May you go forward with confidence, humility, courage, and faith.
Congratulations, OAP TESDA Scholars! Your journey continues. Your best chapters are yet to be written. 💚🎓✨
