Looking for Accounting Officer
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare adequate accounting records
• Input and reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Prepares monthly billings of tenants
• Evaluate financial transactions to ensure accuracy and
compliance
•Collect payments from tenants and provide accurate OR
•Prepare and present financial reports to management
•Process BIR payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Must be detail oriented and keen to learn
• Preferably 21 to 30 years old
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good communication
skill ( Microsoft)
• Must be able to work independently under minimal
supervision
• Experience in accounting and/or real estate is an advantage
but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
