Storytime: “customer asked: “bakit po ang mahal sa bakery tag otso lang po yan?”
Malaki po ang pinagkaiba ng mga ordinary breads na nabibili sa local bakery compare sa premium breads. Madami po factors ang dapat e consider sa pricing. Here are my factors:
1. Our milky cheese donuts are made of premium ingredients, we used branded butter not margarine.
2. Our flour is first class not 3rd class na ginagamit sa mga local bakery.
3. We used branded powdered milk and confectioner sugar not milk na nabibili per kilo sa palengke.
4. We used premium packaging and individually wrap po eto. 30 pesos po per box ang gamit namin not plastic labo na kagaya ng sa bakery.
5. It took us 4 hours to prep and bake our breads at per batch po eto. Nakakapagud po unlike sa mga bakery na sanay po sila magmasa at may matitigas at malaking maskels po sila hahaha unlike us po.
6.Our cake/pastries business is known for premium tasting cakes hindi po kami nag ooffer ng mga budgetmeal or pocho na products po. We are a highly rated bakeshop since I started 11 years ago. 5 stars rating and hundreds of positive feedback na wala un ibang shop.
7. Lastly our milky cheese donuts has a reasonable price. Considering its premium taste and the feedback we got from our clients. Kung hindi po naten afford then maybe you’re not our target audience.😊
