- Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Filipino Citizen
- 18 years old and above
- Must be High School, Senior High School or College Graduate
- Must not be a current beneficiary of other government educational scholarship or subsidy program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 pc Long Brown Envelope (with name)
- 2pcs Passport size Picture (White background with Collared Shirt and Nametag, Chemical print)
- 2pcs 1x1 picture (white background)
- Barangay Clearance (Original and Scanned copy)
- PSA Birth Certificate (Original and Scanned copy)
- Marriage Certificate – if married (Original and Scanned copy)
- High School Graduate - Original and Scanned copy of Form 137 and Diploma
- College Graduate – Original and Scanned copy of TOR
- 2 pcs photocopy of valid IDs (Government issued IDs)
- 2 pcs Registration of BSRS – (privacy disclaimer) sign up in www.bsrs.tesda.gov.ph
- 2 pcs Certificate of Completion in Practicing Covid-19 Preventive Measure in a Workplace (photocopy) – sign up in www.e-tesda.gov.ph
