Antipolo City Gov Antipolo Gov Ph Rizal Jun-Andeng Ynares

I've gotta admire how much Antipolo has improved. From sidewalk vendors to how they managed to keep it clean and at the same time no one lost livelihood. I used to sell on the sidewalk myself, and it was lucrative since we didn't pay rent. But for the city's development, we adapted and followed the rules, even with pricey stall rentals.

But why are those people who don't compete fairly? I know we all want to earn money to live and support our families but how about "us" who follow the rules and pay rent so we don't obstruct the sidewalk?.

We, along with other vendors, asked them politely how they were able to sell on the sidewalk. They claimed they have a permit from the "manager"of the establishment, and that we'd be ignored if we complained "because" their relatives are connected to the local government.

I posted this not to ask for sympathy, fame, or attention.I posted this because it's unfair to us vendors who pay rent properly every month.👌
