HEAD CHEF

▪️Oversee daily process of the kitchen
▪️Manage food preparation
▪️Make sure all food is stored in appropriate containers at proper holding temperatures
Learn preparation for all menu items in accordance with The Keto Cassienera and The Cassienera’s Kitchen quality standards
▪️Handle high-volume gas-range prep and ex*****on, ensuring all orders are cooked promptly, accurately, and to order
▪️Work with line cook to ensure all necessary prep items are done to spec and in sufficient supply
▪️Develop and execute food cost and control procedures and strategies

LINE COOK

▪️Work with head chef to maintain and adjust par levels
▪️Rotate among fry, flat-top, and pantry stations, maintaining a clean work environment up to all health and safety standards
▪️Create and modify station opening and closing checklists
▪️Maintain extensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation
▪️Assist kitchen manager with daily prep sheets and vendor order receipts
▪️Provides superior customer service at all times

REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years work experience in the kitchen
Preferably Graduate of Culinary Arts

SALARY: Competitive
