in the quiet post-pandemic days, a simple dream was born. MSMFT Takoyaki wasn't just a business; it was our first leap of faith into uncharted waters, fueled by a desire for financial freedom and more importantly, a vision to share the authentic taste of takoyaki.
We began, with a small pan that could only cook a dozen pieces at a time. We honestly weren't sure what to expect. Takoyaki wasn't widely known here, but you proved us wonderfully wrong!
The moment we started posting, the demand was overwhelming and our little 12-piece pan couldn't keep up! It was a whirlwind of joyful chaos and seeing how warmly you embraced our takoyaki โ and us โ was one of the best experiences we could have ever asked for as business owners.
We poured our hearts into every single batch, from perfecting our unique batter mixture to crafting our sauces from scratch through countless trials and errors. These weren't just ingredients; they were a testament to our commitment to bringing you the very best.
Being a part of Bridgeport Samal, and witnessing your smiles and celebrations during our last operation, truly encapsulated what MSMFT Takoyaki was all about. It was about connection, community and sharing a little piece of happiness through food.
Today, we're concluding the operations of MSMFT Takoyaki. This isn't a sad goodbye, but a grateful farewell, filled with so many cherished memories.
